What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries on LINE and phone
- Process orders and coordinate with kitchen and delivery
- Handle feedback and resolve issues with care
- Assist at pop-ups and events
What we're looking for
- Warm, professional communication style
- Comfortable with LINE and basic order systems
- Thai fluency required, English is a plus
- Previous service experience preferred
