- Manage daily operations across 12+ branches
- Oversee inventory, supply chain, and delivery logistics
- Coordinate with Grab and LINE MAN
- Build and improve operational systems
What we're looking for
- 3+ years operations experience, preferably in F&B
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Experience managing multi-location teams
- Data-driven mindset
