What you'll do
- Develop new flavors for the bi-weekly rotation
- Maintain quality and consistency across all products
- Work closely with the founder on recipe direction
- Train kitchen team on new preparations
What we're looking for
- 2+ years pastry experience
- Passion for creative flavor development
- Able to work in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Portfolio of original recipes is a plus
